The consultation with the doctor was very trustworthy and kind, but they seemed extremely busy. Even before the consultation wait, they kept running around busily, going from the treatment room to consultations, then off to design the upcoming surgery, looking completely hectic. Even while they were consulting with me, in the middle of explaining things in detail and kindly, the consultation manager came in saying the operating room had called, took the doctor away, and I was left alone waiting for over 10 minutes before the consultation manager came in and gave me the estimate. It was a little more expensive than the Babitalk event price. They also didn’t explain that there would be an extra charge if my weight exceeded 52 kg, so I only found out later when I checked.
