The manager and the director were both kind.. The consultation was very satisfying and the career history was trustworthy, but there are so many posts with split opinions on this community that I’m torn.. I consulted about silicone removal, removing the two-layer ear cartilage placed on the nose tip, and leaving the support structure in place. They said the support structure is so small it is basically meaningless. If I wanted a closed approach, they would do a closed approach. They said yes to everything, which made me so nervous.. In some places they say a closed approach can damage the alar cartilage, but at Prima they said it depends on experience.
