A few years ago I had back and lower canthoplasty there, and they definitely did open things up. But they didn’t really lower the eye corner part well, so it wasn’t a straight line shape, which was a little disappointing. That’s just personal preference! The director was kind, and they opened up the back space and lower space a lot, and because her hand skills were good, my eyes didn’t get very red or anything. Honestly, whether it’s lower canthoplasty or back canthoplasty, over time they tend to reattach and rise again, so I did get revision surgery somewhere else, but the back canthoplasty did go all the way to the end of the space
