The doctor seems skilled, but also a bit arrogant.. Still, he explains things well when you ask about surgery. He seems very proud of the surgical method he created. The coordinator does not feel particularly warm or helpful when explaining the surgery. It feels like “do it if you want, don’t if you don’t,” so don’t expect much discount or anything like that.
