The manager who handled the consultation changed, and somehow she seemed to know a lot less than the previous manager... I asked the nurse, and the answers were different from what the manager said, which was really disappointing and not great. It felt like communication wasn’t working well? Still, the doctor and the nurses were all kind and nice, and I’m recovering well after surgery.
