I went for a consultation after searching because my friend had surgery here. (Different director than my friend.) The consultation coordinator was ordinary. When I asked whether it would be better to do both sides since I was worried about only doing one side, she did not push it and said the line would be the same anyway. There were no special claims like “I’m especially good at this” or anything like that, just a clean, straightforward reassurance that it could be done the same, which felt trustworthy. The result is extremely satisfying. If I don’t tell people around me, they won’t know, and even if I do
