I went for a consultation because they said they do not use silicone in the non-open approach. First of all, since this is my first surgery, the quote was way too expensive. If you do blog, review, and homepage exposure, it is 7.7 million. If the septum or cartilage is not enough during surgery, they would need autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, but they said we would only know at that point. If you end up using autologous or donated costal cartilage, that adds another 4.5 million, so the total becomes 12.2 million. The doctor consultation was ... honestly a bit too perfunctory and not great. I have been doing a lot of footwork at plastic surgery clinics for a long time
