First of all, when I went into the clinic, the managers weren’t rude at all, and it wasn’t like they were super overly friendly either?? Still, I remember everyone being kind. Director Kim Tae-seop was kind too, and without overdiagnosing or pushing too hard, he told me the problems and solutions and explained which surgery method to use in a very straightforward way, so I didn’t feel burdened.
