For under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting for hollow upper eyelids by Director Kim Hyung-jin, Director Lim Kang-won performed the procedure. Under-eye fat repositioning A close acquaintance had it done here and was very satisfied, so I went for it. People with thick under-eyes and a lot of bulging fat will probably be very satisfied. This place removes all the under-eye fat and grafts fat to the front cheek area, so for someone like me with thin skin, little fat, and a sharp shadowed step, it is just so-so.. At 3 weeks now, the under-eyes are slightly sunken and the dark circle area feels wider.. On top of that, one eye has a deep groove near the tear trough, so the improvement is not enough. That said, if too much fat is grafted there can be side effects, so they put in a small amount at the first session and add more at the second session, so it may just be because they were conservative at the first session...(Rather than overgrafting, a hollow is better) There is a chance it will improve at the second session, so I will write again then I heard their hands are good, and the swelling was really minimal. They added the cheekbone area and cheek area as a service, and I liked that part. The part stressing me out the most right now is the upper eyelid area.. I did not look into it well and put it in impulsively, And I wish I could turn back time on that day. I ended up with large lumps in both upper eyelids, could not go out for two weeks, could not sleep from worry, and went around wearing glasses. They say places that are good at fat grafting do not get lumps from the start. If you are lucky, the lumpy area is later fully absorbed, and if it remains the same even after months, it has to be removed as a side effect. At 3 weeks... it is better than at first, but it still bulges when I close my eyes, so I plan to wait 1 or 2 more weeks and then try removal injection first.. For reference, the removal injection is done elsewhere and starts at a minimum cost of 550,000 won.. There is no guarantee it will disappear. Right now I wish I could go back to before the surgery. I told them about the hollow under-eyes and the bulging upper eyelids, but all I got back was a reply telling me to wait. I will see how the hospital responds after the second session and decide whether to revise it.
