I was surprised by how many people there were at this hospital! That’s why there are so many reviews on the app, I guess. The consultation coordinator was kind. I hadn’t chosen a specific doctor, so the coordinator introduced me to one, and since this was early in my consultation process and I didn’t even have a question list, I asked about all sorts of things, and the doctor kindly explained everything well! However, it felt like .. they were worried about possible future complaints from customers, so they kept saying that it had to be done this way
