I got a consultation there a while ago, so I can’t remember the director’s name, but at another hospital they said they weren’t sure whether the nasal valve would come up, but they’d write the referral letter as far as possible. This director, though, acted like it was definitely possible, so I kind of filtered it out. It felt like everything was standardized, like he was just reciting things in one long stream, so it didn’t feel like there was any real communication. The hospital is big, but having to move around by stairs instead of the elevator was a little inconvenient, and I thought the facilities were good. It kind of
