Maybe because it was my first surgery, the tip of my nose dropped faster than I expected. After a long time, I am going to another hospital today for revision surgery. I do not even remember the name of the doctor who operated on me before. Still, for something done so casually back then, the silicone stayed in place and there was no particular capsular contracture or inflammation, so that was a relief. But I think that was just because I was healthy. It was too factory-like, so aftercare was not great. Also, my mom had contouring here and her jaw nerves + front teeth
