He looked at my CT and explained what features my face has, and also explained well how the surgery would be done. But the explanation felt a little fast. The information came in really quickly, so I had to focus hard and listen. They also looked at what kind of nose I wanted, and when I said I wanted no implant, they said a fully ideal shape would be difficult, something like that. Since I wanted a natural nose surgery, that part was actually good. I liked the consultation, so I thought maybe I’d book even though the price was a bit steep? But after looking more carefully at the reviews, it seems that when there is no implant, correcting a bulbous nose from the front is a bit ambiguous... I’m also worried because I’d like the bridge to come down just a little more rounded than in the reviews For people worried about the side view rather than the front, it seems good. And looking at other people’s consultations, it seems they often proceed with interbrow fascia + septal support + tip ear cartilage. From there, they either do osteotomy or don’t... I wish the front correction were a little better I’m thinking about it
