I had surgery in March 2024. I did the under-eye fat because I had severe dark circles, and I went ahead with it since I was told even before surgery that I didn’t have that much fat to begin with, so the effect would be limited. The sequence is pre-op - next day - 1 week - 6 months - 2 years post-op.
