First of all, as expected from a big hospital, the building scale is enormous. There is a cafe inside the hospital and they give you one free cup of coffee. Before the consultation they keep moving you between floors for imaging, but the elevators are always slow so I suffered going up and down the stairs many times The process went from manager consultation to director consultation and then back to manager consultation. The manager was really proud of the hospital and very confident, and it felt like they were trying to erase the bad image people have of big hospitals
