I liked that the director did not push unnecessary recommendations and explained which parts could be improved and which could not. They answered all my questions in detail, and the clinic was clean too. When I asked if this was the kind of eye I needed, they said that with all plastic surgery, if you don't feel uncomfortable, you don't have to do it. It was a correct answer, and I liked how honest it was. They said let's do the under-eye area first and think about fat grafting later, so I liked that part too.
