First of all, I was surprised because the hospital was much smaller than I expected. Second, I was surprised that the manager handled the consultation so carelessly. Third, I was surprised that the director handled the consultation so, so carelessly. Still, since this is plastic surgery, after hearing such a consultation I didn't want to go ahead with the surgery, so I took this place off my list.... T_T I went for a consultation because I heard the director was famous, but I don't think I'd do it here..
