Also, they inserted the silicone starting from between the eyes, so my impression changed a lot.;; For the tip, they used the septum for a columellar extension or something like that, but they pulled it down too much, so the nose became longer and every time I smile it turns into an arrow nose or a witch nose. If you like something flashy, I do not know, but I regret having the surgery and look back
