I went without an appointment, but luckily there was no one there, so I waited about 5 minutes and got in. The consultation was detailed. They explained things by drawing them out, and they marked several different lines more than once, but since I wanted something natural, my eyes looked a little too burdened to me. Also, my eyes already have an open inner corner where the lacrimal caruncle is visible, so I was a bit doubtful when they said inner corner surgery would make them look even fresher.
