I have a wide nose, so I had consultations at 5 places. At other places, they said the wide nose would not improve much, but here they said everything could be done, so I believed them and had surgery. What I wanted was to reduce the nose size and improve the alar base, and they definitely made the nose smaller, but somehow it ended up looking like a man's nose, and when I mentioned the drooping alar base, they said they had removed a lot of fat and were afraid skin necrosis might occur, so they left it alone. A month later, something like scar tissue protruded on the bridge of my nose, so when I went back, they said they would replace the silicone if I paid the anesthesia fee. But after some time it came back again. I had another corrective procedure. Then it came back again. Then again. They do safe surgery, but they seem to have no sense of aesthetics at all.
