It really feels like a neighborhood internal medicine clinic. The nurses and front-desk staff are all a bit older, and the director too! It feels like they've worked together a long time. And even while I was waiting for the consultation, seeing calls come in to schedule surgeries made it seem like the place really was popular by word of mouth. They said they do about 2 or 3 surgeries a day. That seems plausible. They only perform the procedure under local anesthesia, and the doctor is on the conservative side. As other reviews said, they are extremely kind. I have uneven eyes and one side
