The director is conservative and prefers a natural look. He doesn't recommend doing too much of this and that, only what is really necessary (doesn't suggest canthoplasty and similar things). He also said that if the line is made too high, it will look fierce. Anyway, it was a famous hospital and he had a lot of experience, so I got the surgery. During the surgery I didn't feel any pain at all, and afterward it was only a little tingling?? I went back a week later to have the stitches removed. I recommend bringing photos of celebrities or the look you want... But the line comes all the way to the inner corner of the eye, so it looks refreshingly
