The consultation was kind and they spent a long time with me, which I liked. They also shared the surgical method in detail, which was very good for me as a patient. But I thought the surgery approach was a bit unusual, and it seemed like they were trying to have me take costal cartilage or my own tissue, so I felt a little burdened by the material part. Also, I had already had the right ear cartilage taken twice, so my AirPods don't even stay in, but then they said they wanted to take the other ear too, which made me hesitate.
