The doctor's consultation had a very simple and clean feel. The manager's consultation was short (just checking my needs), and then I had a long consultation with the doctor. I already had double eyelids and thin skin with a layered crease, so I went in thinking about fat grafting plus non-incisional surgery, but they said incision was absolutely necessary. Even then, instead of offering non-incisional as an option, they firmly said that for layered-crease eyes with upper-eyelid hollowing, incision is the answer. The reluctance toward incisions
