The front desk staff and the consultation manager were really kind, and the director was just so-so, but it seems like the skill is really there. I've never tried other places so I don't know, but for the calf area it felt very professional. Honestly I can't remember all the details they explained, but anyway it gave a professional feeling? Maybe my ears are just too soft, and the treatment was unbelievably painless and comfortable, so I actually doubted it more; I wondered if they were really doing it properly. The effect was also fast
