I got it very early on!! The philtrum looked long and it was stressful, so I originally only wanted lateral philtrum reduction, but they said it would be more natural to do the mouth corners too, so I had the mouth corners, the lateral philtrum, and the philtrum dimple procedure done! The surgery went well, but because this area is so prone to scarring, at the time I had to keep going back and forth to the hospital once a month for injections and laser treatment, which was hard.
