My under-eyes had been sunken since I was young, and I had no volume in the front cheeks, so I had a 3-step under-eye fat repositioning surgery together with fat grafting. [Staff A] was kind and explained the parts I was worried about well. Even during the first and second fat grafting procedures, they responded kindly, which moved me. The director also explained realistic solutions well, so I think I was able to have the surgery with peace of mind. They also had a lot of surgical experience, and it was even better because it was affordable. The results were satisfying too. The under-eye bulging fat disappeared, and volume was created in the front cheeks, so now even under lighting I feel less like I look old. However, my skin originally had little elasticity, so when I gained weight it felt like my skin looked saggy... weight control is absolutely necessary. And after surgery, the skin on the fat-grafted area looked amazingly good, which surprised me, but as time passed, the pores became somewhat more noticeable. I don't know if that's because of swelling or because the fat graft changed my skin to oilier skin. Still, it is a surgery with more advantages than disadvantages. And even though it was a large hospital, there was almost no waiting time, which was nice!
