I visited without an appointment, but I was able to consult with the director. Still, the director somehow seemed distracted...? It felt like he could not focus on the consultation, and the atmosphere was chaotic and the explanation felt insufficient. I only talked with the consultation manager about the date, and I did not get the sense that they were kind. The person who handled the initial reception was kind, though.
