I went for a consultation after thinking about double-chin liposuction for 5 years, and the manager was so kind and gave the consultation with real expertise. Of course, the doctor also explained things well while drawing out the plan. If I get lipo, I think I'll do it here. Other places charged consultation fees and gave rough explanations, but here I made up my mind.
