It seems like this place only does fat repositioning. They only do surgery for protruding under-eye fat, and it seems that hollowing without fat is only improved through lower blepharoplasty. I got the strong impression that the doctor only takes cases he knows he can do well. If the result is likely to be poor when he does it himself, it seems the director refuses. So if the chief surgeon says to do the surgery, I think it is safe to assume it will turn out well. If my eyes had been a case of bulging fat, I think I would have done it here
