The facilities were clean and good. Since I had booked the consultation on the same day, there was a bit of a wait, but it was fine. I got a consultation with the manager and then had photos taken; they explained things kindly and listened well to my concerns and story. There was a bit of a wait because the doctor was in surgery, but there was a waiting room, so it was okay. While waiting, I met the doctor, who kindly explained my bone condition and the surgical methods, etc. The price seems a little high, but
