The director put up a PPT and explained everything very meticulously. It did not feel warm and caring, so since I was in an extreme state with my eyes, I was mentally and emotionally having such a hard time that it felt kind of hurtful, but I do think it was honest and realistic. The manager was the kindest of everyone I have seen so far, and really tried to help. They showed me photos from many cases, talked for more than 30 minutes, and explained things in detail. What I was asking for was to show me my old eye photos.
