I arrived on time for my reservation, but I had to wait more than an hour. After the consultation manager spoke with me, they connected me to the doctor. I had booked with the chief doctor, but without any advance notice a different doctor came in. The consultation manager recommended eye correction, incision, and upper canthoplasty, and when the doctor looked at my chart they just said, "Then do it this way. Yes, that should work." ...The wait made me angry, the fact that a different doctor came in made me angry, and the clinic atmosphere was way too... how should I put it, like a crowded marketplace, so my trust level dropped sharply.
