I went after hearing that they are famous for noses. First, the manager consulted with me, and I was impressed because they gave a very professional consultation and listened to me as much as possible. There was no pressure, and based on my nose they recommended and explained surgeries that could be useful in addition to nostril reduction. Since I had no intention of getting an open approach at all, they explained things mainly around a closed approach, and as soon as I told the surgeon I did not want an open approach, he also did not pressure me and focused only on nostril reduction.
