It has been almost 1 year and 6 months since my lower eyelid fat repositioning. There are no critical side effects, and it has improved compared to before, but the under-eye fat has not been smoothly repositioned to the level I expected, so I am still worried about that. When I had the aftercare consultation, they said they would do revision surgery if things did not improve even after 6 months, but when I visited 6 months later, they said it was not bad enough to require revision at that level, and that the folds caused by the ligament under the eye would not change even if I had surgery again. Would the result have been different if I had gone somewhere else... Or should I just be grateful that there were no major side effects... For reference, the process of moving to the operating room was not private, and the structure allowed people waiting there to see everyone who was having surgery, so I felt very embarrassed at the thought of meeting someone I knew.
