I was shopping around for double-eyelid surgery and had already booked another clinic, but I got a consultation here too. I didn’t know the doctors well, so I went without deciding on one. But I had to wait for over an hour just to get the consultation, and I spoke first with the consultation manager and then with the doctor. I had thought they would ask me to decide which doctor I wanted when I arrived, so I researched a bit and chose a doctor that day, but they didn’t ask me which one I wanted, and it felt like they just wanted to dump me on the less popular doctor.
