I had thigh and butt liposuction, and they recommended a butt banana-line graft to lift it higher. I had a lot of fat but my tissue tends to sag and is thin, so I was worried. I had liposuction before, and there were dents from that, so smoothness was an issue. They said the dents couldn't be helped, but they would do their best. The price was much cheaper than other places. The result is that the butt line is pretty, but there is definitely a hollow feeling in the back and an uneven feeling, and the front side was originally thin, so maybe because the elasticity is a bit low, there are slight wrinkles at the very top I guess that can't be helped. The benefit is that I did get slimmer, but the downside is in the elasticity. Choose carefully.
