There was no consultation fee, and I had booked in advance, but I had to wait about 20 minutes because a surgery before me ran long. They did not say things clearly like, this area is a problem and if you do it this way the effect will be good! They did not spell it out that directly. If you put it positively, it did not feel like they were forcing surgery, but if you put it negatively, the consultation felt a little lacking in professionalism. Still, it says this is a specialized lower-eyelid center, but there are almost no reviews, so I am curious.... They do not do any promotion at all, so there are no reviews
