I had consultations for the eyes and nose, and I was satisfied with the nose consultation, but the staff member who handled the eye consultation seemed very tired, so the consultation felt dry and matter-of-fact. Later, during the manager consultation, I saw that eye correction had been included in the estimate, but it hadn't even been mentioned during the consultation.. I didn't end up having any expectations for the surgery, so I passed without hesitation.
