The manager was kind and nice, but I saw reviews about side effects and it felt like they recommend fat grafting to everyone, so I put the surgery on hold..! The consultation and other things were fine.. The director seemed a little busy, and I was also worried that the surgery time was short. And since I had makeup on when I went, it felt like they were saying my case was not one that absolutely needed surgery. I recommend going without under-eye makeup.
