The main consultation manager was extremely, extremely kind. She listened to every word I said, adjusted things to fit me, and I felt a lot of trust. She also provided hospital information very well, and everything was good until the end. The doctor looked a little tired, but examined my forehead directly, said I had a bit of ptosis, and explained that it seemed like it would work if we balanced things to suit me.
