I was informed in advance that there might be a wait longer than my reserved time, but it still felt a bit off to end up waiting more than 30 minutes. If that was going to happen, I wish they had just set the reservation time 30 minutes later from the start.. Since I had made the effort to go from another region on time, it was a bit frustrating.. The consultation itself was satisfying. The one-on-one time with the doctor was not very long, but he seemed kind, and he explained the main points well
