I had surgery 9 years ago to improve a hump nose. I didn't know much and just went with my mom because it was said to be famous in Incheon. After checking out just one other place, I got the surgery here because the price was lower and they didn't push anything excessive. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I didn't choose a specific director, but they're said to be famous for noses.. My nose was already long, but the length wasn't improved, and it became a whiny-looking hooked nose, while the hump was shaved down less. They said they'd do an AS, but then I'd have to lie down again
