I visited because it was said to be an eye-specialist hospital, but when I mentioned that I had functional side effects after surgery, they backed off. I understood it, but as a patient it felt bitter. They did tell me the surgical direction, but when I went into the manager consultation, they said I should get treatment first and didn't even tell me the price. If treatment had worked somewhere else, would I have come all the way here... The doctor seemed kind and unkind at the same time, though maybe that was because they had no intention of operating on me anyway. And when I asked whether I could ask questions, they suddenly went silent for 1-2 seconds and then said I could, which made it seem like they didn't want to take questions. After I asked one thing, they told me I could only ask one more, so I asked just two things and left as if I were being shooed out. I guess they only want to deal with appearance-related matters. I had such a good consultation at another hospital that this one felt even more disappointing by comparison.
