I wanted something natural, so I had a consultation, but there were a lot of things that needed to be done. More than anything, it felt less like communication and more like the director explained things well, but I left feeling like I had just listened one-sidedly. It felt like a class, so somehow a doctor I would be having surgery with was not the impression I got. The surgery reviews were amazingly pretty though.
