I had surgery for a crooked nose 11 years ago. At the consultation I couldn't see the director, only the manager, and back then I didn't know much so the crooked nose didn't improve at all... I was having surgery because of my crooked nose, but during the consultation they said it would definitely be corrected. Then on the consent form before surgery, they told me to check the box saying the nose could become crooked as a side effect. I said I was doing this because my nose was crooked, and I didn't understand how it could become crooked, but they said that wouldn't happen... I had already paid and it was right before surgery, so the surgery
