They are precise about what cannot be done and what can be done. But it seems they need to retrain the staff. The hospital facilities were really good. It was obvious that the building was newly built, and there were a lot of staff members. Because of that, the cost was relatively high. If I did not think about the price, I would want to have surgery here.
