From the consultation stage, what felt different from other clinics was that there were no other consultation patients at my appointment time. There was probably one person who was there for treatment?? and in that sense it felt private. The consultation also included virtual surgery and fitting in detail, and I liked that they made an effort to look at everything as carefully as possible.
