When I worked at a plastic surgery clinic a long time ago, the head manager recommended this place, so I ended up going. The director really did explain things passionately, even pulling on his own nose to show me while explaining. He also explained all the side effects that could come from the materials, shape, and so on, and I felt that he relied on CT the most. Looking at the CT, he explained in detail how much the nose tip would be lifted to match my facial angles and such. The manager was kind too.
