They explained things while taking photos and drawing sketches, but at other clinics they all said it would be possible without an implant, whereas here they said silicone was absolutely necessary, so I excluded them for now. They said it was absolutely impossible without an implant. But the consultation with the doctor was really kind and he explained things well.
